What is Megaflex?
The Megaflex Polyurethane Truly Endless Belt is available in lengths up to 22 meters (72 feet) and a diverse selection of tooth profiles. The new Z-cover is co-extruded directly alongside our Megaflex belt for a secure, uniform bond and consistent surface.
The Z-cover is a specialized foam backing that is well-suited for machines used in glass manufacturing and delicate material handling. Z-cover is available in a range of thicknesses up to 8 mm, making it ideal in any application involving fragile items.
The Megaflex belt with Z-cover has more benefits to offer than increased cushioning.
