About Megadyne Americas

Megadyne Americas, a division of the Megadyne Group, Mathi Italy, is the consolidation of Jason Industrial, Belt Corporation of America, Sampla Belting and Megadyne America.

Megadyne opened its doors in 1957 as a manufacturer of cast urethane timing belts. Over the decades Megadyne has expanded its operation through organic development, global expansion and acquisitions. Included in the expansion history was a move into the Americas with its first manufacturing plant, Megadyne America, located in Charlotte, NC. In addition, the acquisition of Jason Industrial took place 2007, Belt Corporation of America in 2014 and Sampla Belting in 2016.
